I must confess that I couldn't stand its strong bitter taste.getting all these nutritious are great but as I decided to have it everyday it needed to be something that I enjoy its tastes.
so my taste:
for me Spirulina has the worth taste! so compare to other ingredient I use the least amount around less than half a tablespoon. The taste of Acai powder and Maca powder is amazing so I add the complete amount.also I add Vanilla taste Protein powder which gives aroma and special sweetness to the taste and a very little Cocoa powder to minimize the bitterness.
I vary the kind of milk from Almond to normal milk and use coconut water from Bio shop. most of the time adding Banana makes it delicious.
The most important thing is to get all these amazing vital ingredients into your body.So try to create your own recipe! add whatever fruits that you like ,try it also with Soya vanilla milk to add more sweetness to your smoothie.
providing these ingredients is not cheap and not easy especially in Germany .try your Reform house or order online via www.amazon.com.
Now after almost two month, I really see the result of having this smoothie almost everyday. I feel more energetic and fresh during the day and don't get tired soon. I am sure, consuming rich sources of antioxidant and vitamins especially B12 will have a long term effect on my hair and skin.
